Having completed a full 4 year apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery at a traditional building company in Kent which dates back to 1871, I feel privileged to have learnt both traditional building skills, whilst embracing the newer methods which have excelled over the last 20 years in this industry.
Since 1984, I have worked extensively both in the U.K. and abroad perfecting my craft. I spent 3 years working on the restoration of The Grand Hotel in Brighton and after this, several years in the U.S.A. building timber framed houses, working alongside a team of skilled American Carpenters, hand building individual styled houses.
Closer to home I have restored several Barn and Farm houses for customers within rural France and since 2002, I have been based back in Kent where it all began and work with a small team of Kent based craftsmen.
No job is too big or too small and I undertake all areas of work, whether it is a small maintenance job or a larger scale full refurbishment. I am passionate about my work and am reliable, efficient and conscientious with a good reputation. I am always available for a chat to discuss any further information that you may require and references can be provided upon request.
Thank you for taking the time to view my website, I hope the services I have to offer are beneficial to you.
